Gitmo @ Sea?

Yahoo News reports that the UN has learned of allegation that the US is holding terror suspects at various secret locations, including ships.

These ships would allow for interrogations to take place out of the reach of international laws.

The Diego Garcia base in the Indian Ocean is also rumored to be a prison site.
