Penatagon Created "Intel Cell" to Undercut CIA

According to the (UK)Telegraph, a senior Pentagon official created an unofficial cell to brief the president on now disproven Iraq-Al Quaeda ties.

The cell was set up under the aegis of the Office of Special Plans and even gave counter-briefings.
