Cleric Criticizes US Plan

According to The Washington Post, Ali Sistani, a leader of the Iraqi Shite Muslims, there are problems with the US plan. One of these is the lack of a role for Iraqi Citizens in the transfer of power.

US To Call On UN Again

According to the Inter Press Service, the US is planning to call upon the UN to legitimize the transfer of power.

However the other Nations see the US still in Iraq for three years after this "Transfer".
